  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to cool and ease peeling.
  3. Peel the eggs under running water if needed. Halve each egg lengthwise and place yolks in a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives or dill before serving.
