  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (about 1 small head)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (about 2 medium tomatoes)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning along with a splash of water. Let it simmer for about five minutes until thickened.
  3. While the meat cooks, chop your lettuce and dice tomatoes. Set aside with shredded cheese and sour cream.
