  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 6 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs

Instructions
