  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup crispy chow mein noodles (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the Dressing

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp sriracha (optional

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, toss shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
3️⃣ Add Chicken & Crunch: Mix in shredded chicken, toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and crispy chow mein noodles.
4️⃣ Dress & Serve: Pour dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately!
