Ingredients
For the Salad
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or napa)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced red bell pepper
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
- ¼ cup crispy chow mein noodles (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
For the Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp sriracha (optional
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha. Set aside.
