  • 2 cans (5 oz each) solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, and half of the cheese until well combined.
