  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
