Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 small cauliflower (florets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Roast Cauliflower: Toss florets with olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 min until golden.
2️⃣ Cook Chicken: Sauté chicken with garlic powder, salt & pepper until golden brown. Set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth, then stir in cream, Parmesan & spices. Simmer until thick.
4️⃣ Combine Everything: Add the roasted cauliflower and chicken into the sauce. Mix well.
