- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream (optional for creamy sauce)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
1️⃣ Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
2️⃣ Sear in a pan: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard for a rich sauce.
4️⃣ Simmer & serve: Return pork chops to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies!
