Ingredients
For the Casserole
- 3 cups egg noodles (or any pasta)
- 2 cans (170g each) tuna, drained
- 1 can (295g) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas (or mixed veggies)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Topping
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
3️⃣ Assemble & Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
4️⃣ Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 20-25 min until bubbly and golden brown.
