- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy (6-8 minutes). Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Chop the romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
- Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
