Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Remove chicken from the marinade (discard leftover marinade). Grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Transfer grilled chicken to a board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
