  • 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve half a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for about three minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine cooked linguine, crab meat, and half of the Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Toss gently, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  6. Serve with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
