Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 2 tablespoons of cold water; let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the mango puree until well combined.
