- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Sauté diced onions in the same skillet until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soaked beans, crumbled bacon, sautéed onions, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and mustard; stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 1 hour.
- Remove foil during the last 15 minutes for caramelization.
