  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions until fully cooked; season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  3. For each tortilla, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and sprinkle cheese before rolling tightly; place seam-side down in the baking dish.
