- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions

- Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
