- 4. Place about one tablespoon of filling in each square, fold diagonally to form triangles, and seal edges with water.
- 5. Boil salted water; cook caramelle for about 3-4 minutes until they float.
- 6. Drain and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and remaining Parmesan.
