  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill chicken for about 6 minutes per side until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). For baking, place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush additional marinade onto each thigh for extra glaze.
