Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
