- 12 large pasta shells

- 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Add broccoli during the last three minutes of cooking.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, half of the cheeses, garlic powder, and chicken broth until smooth. Fold in the chicken-broccoli mixture.
- Stuff each shell with the cheesy filling and arrange them in the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil.
