  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Add broccoli during the last three minutes of cooking.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, half of the cheeses, garlic powder, and chicken broth until smooth. Fold in the chicken-broccoli mixture.
  5. Stuff each shell with the cheesy filling and arrange them in the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil.
