- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Wet your hands slightly and shape the mixture into oblong meatballs about two inches long. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (375°F). Grill each side for about five minutes until charred or roast in the oven for around twenty minutes until cooked through (internal temp of at least 165°F).
- While the koftas are cooking, whisk together Greek yogurt, remaining minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve the koftas warm drizzled with garlic yogurt sauce alongside pita bread or rice.
