Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat and stir in the onion soup mix.
  3. Cut slider buns in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish and layer with the beef mixture.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the beef layer. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl, then spread this mixture over the cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on top. Optionally brush with melted garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
