  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until pink (about 3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic; sauté for one minute. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in the spinach until wilted (about 2 minutes).
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted.
