  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz classic Nacho Cheese Doritos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread half of the meat mixture, then layer half of the crushed Doritos and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
