  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, flat side down, and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, apple cider vinegar, and orange juice until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the scored ham.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour per pound (approximately two hours total). Remove foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
