  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream; stir in Parmesan until melted and combined.
  5. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain but reserve some pasta water.
  6. Blend basil and feta until smooth to create the swirl.
  7. Slice chicken and serve over fettuccine with Alfredo sauce, drizzle with basil feta swirl, and top with crispy Brussels chips.
