Ingredients

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hot honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream; stir in Parmesan until melted and combined.
- Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain but reserve some pasta water.
- Blend basil and feta until smooth to create the swirl.
