  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)
  • 1 cup sweet onions (sliced)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté bell peppers and onions until softened (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak to the skillet; cook until just done (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the steak mixture on half of the dough, topping with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal edges.
