Instructions
- Soak the raisins in dark rum for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

- Fold in the soaked raisins along with any remaining rum. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
