  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, then vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream.
