  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans under cold water; chop the red bell pepper and slice the jalapeños.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice until chunky; season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine black beans, bell pepper, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and additional lime juice.
