Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round artisan bread bowl (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)

Instructions

  2. Cut off the top of the bread bowl and scoop out some of the insides to create space for the filling.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and crab; cook until shrimp turns pink (about 5 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked seafood mixture with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and dill until well blended.

  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with extra bread pieces for dipping.
