Instructions

  1. Clean Lion's Mane mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice into thick steaks (about 1 inch).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add mushroom steaks to the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and drizzle soy sauce over the mushrooms; let it bubble.
  5. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the steaks; garnish with chopped herbs.
