How to Make Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust
Blend cottage cheese until smooth for 30-60 seconds.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and garlic powder, then fold in blended cottage cheese.
Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
Roll the dough into a 6-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick, and let rest if it springs back.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and place the dough in the basket.
Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni or preferred toppings.
Air fry at 360°F for 15-20 minutes, checking at 12 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
