How to Make Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth for 30-60 seconds.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and garlic powder, then fold in blended cottage cheese.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into a 6-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick, and let rest if it springs back.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and place the dough in the basket.
  • Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni or preferred toppings.
  • Air fry at 360°F for 15-20 minutes, checking at 12 minutes.
