  • In a large plastic bag, combine all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and black pepper. Seal the bag and shake well to ensure everything is mixed evenly.
  • Add the thin-cut boneless pork chops to the bag, ensuring all surfaces of each chop are coated with the flour mixture. Shake gently to cover fully.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the large eggs and water until smooth and well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix finely crushed club crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat completely with the cracker mixture. Press lightly to ensure adherence.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, then place the coated pork chops inside, making sure they do not overlap.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the pork chops with olive oil spray.
  • Cook the pork chops at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
