How to Make Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake
Prepare the Crockpot: Grease the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray or butter.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture and stir gently.
Transfer Batter: Pour the batter into the greased crockpot, spreading it evenly.
Prepare Topping: Mix together brown sugar and cocoa powder, then sprinkle over the batter.
Add Water: Pour hot water over the back of a spoon onto the layered mixture.
Cook: Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours until the top is set but the center is gooey.
