Instructions
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the russet potato fries in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
In the same skillet, sizzle the bacon until crispy, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.
Once the fries are done, layer the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon on top.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the loaded fries.
Scatter shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the dish.
Return the fries to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
Notes
Feel free to customize by adding jalapeños for an extra kick of flavor.
