Ingredients

  • 200 grams Halloumi Cheese or firm tofu for a vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey for drizzling
  • 2 wraps Whole Wheat or Regular Wraps any flatbread also works
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or your favorite cooking oil

For the Fresh Veggies

  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper substitute with cucumbers for a refreshing twist
  • 1 medium Cucumber or add sliced radishes for extra zing
  • 1 medium Carrot shredded cabbage is a great alternative
  • 2 handfuls Fresh Spinach or Mixed Salad Greens arugula gives a peppery bite

Optional Add-Ons

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (e.g., cilantro, parsley)
  • 1 medium Avocado for added creaminess

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced halloumi to the pan, frying each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and grate the carrot while halloumi cooks.
  • Mix hot honey in a small bowl, adding a splash of water if desired for a thinner glaze.
  • Remove halloumi from the pan and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Warm the wraps in the pan for about 20 seconds on each side or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  • Lay spinach on the wrap, then layer with bell pepper, cucumber, grated carrot, and halloumi.
  • Drizzle hot honey mixture over the fillings and add avocado slices if desired.
  • Tightly roll the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Cut the wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with extra hot honey on top for a sweet and spicy kick. Store wrap components separately for best freshness.
