Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add sliced halloumi to the pan, frying each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and grate the carrot while halloumi cooks.
Mix hot honey in a small bowl, adding a splash of water if desired for a thinner glaze.
Remove halloumi from the pan and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Warm the wraps in the pan for about 20 seconds on each side or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Lay spinach on the wrap, then layer with bell pepper, cucumber, grated carrot, and halloumi.
Drizzle hot honey mixture over the fillings and add avocado slices if desired.
Tightly roll the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
Cut the wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with extra hot honey on top for a sweet and spicy kick. Store wrap components separately for best freshness.
