Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Sweetness and lightness; substitute with larger marshmallows if needed.

  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges (canned or fresh) Add vibrant color and a burst of sweetness.
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes Deliver a chewy texture; opt for toasted coconut for deeper flavor.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Acts as the creamy base; Greek yogurt can provide a tangier alternative.
