2
cups
Mini Marshmallows
Sweetness and lightness; substitute with larger marshmallows if needed.
1
can
Canned Pineapple (chunks or tidbits)
Provides juicy sweetness; fresh pineapple can be used for extra crunch.
1
can
Mandarin Oranges (canned or fresh)
Add vibrant color and a burst of sweetness.
1
cup
Coconut Flakes
Deliver a chewy texture; opt for toasted coconut for deeper flavor.
1
cup
Sour Cream
Acts as the creamy base; Greek yogurt can provide a tangier alternative.
1/2
cup
Maraschino Cherries
Sweet topping for decoration; fresh cherries are a healthier option.
Instructions
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, add the mini marshmallows, canned pineapple, mandarin oranges, coconut flakes, and sour cream.
Stir gently until all the ingredients are well coated with the sour cream. Be careful not to crush the fruits.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, sprinkle maraschino cherries on top for a vibrant and sweet finishing touch.
Notes
Optional: Drizzle honey over the top for an extra hint of sweetness. Best served cold.
