Instructions
Making the Garlic Knots
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Shape the pizza dough into knots, dusting hands with flour if sticky.
Arrange knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden-brown.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
