Instructions
How to Make Strawberry Tiramisu
In a bowl, combine room-temperature mascarpone with sifted powdered sugar. In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until fully blended.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the fresh orange juice and half of the orange liqueur, creating a soaking liquid for the ladyfingers.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the orange juice mixture, being careful not to soak them too long, and layer them in a dish.
Spread half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then incorporate half of the strawberry preserve along with half of the sliced strawberries.
Repeat the process with remaining ingredients until all are used.
Drizzle the remaining orange liqueur over the top layer and cover the dessert. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with fresh strawberries.
Notes
Chill the ingredients for the best texture. Prepare a day in advance for optimal flavor melding.
