How to Make Strawberry Tiramisu

  • In a bowl, combine room-temperature mascarpone with sifted powdered sugar. In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until fully blended.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the fresh orange juice and half of the orange liqueur, creating a soaking liquid for the ladyfingers.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the orange juice mixture, being careful not to soak them too long, and layer them in a dish.
  • Spread half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then incorporate half of the strawberry preserve along with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the process with remaining ingredients until all are used.
  • Drizzle the remaining orange liqueur over the top layer and cover the dessert. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with fresh strawberries.
