Ingredients

For the Turkey

  • 4 pieces Bone-in Turkey Thighs

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary diced
  • to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Whisk together the marinade by mixing maple syrup, bourbon, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, diced rosemary, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Marinate the turkey thighs in a resealable bag or bowl, refrigerate for at least one hour—preferably overnight.
  • Transfer the marinated thighs to a baking dish, pouring the remaining marinade over them.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and looking for a crisp, golden-brown skin.
  • Broil for an additional few minutes at the end for extra caramelization, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
