Whisk together the marinade by mixing maple syrup, bourbon, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, diced rosemary, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Marinate the turkey thighs in a resealable bag or bowl, refrigerate for at least one hour—preferably overnight.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and looking for a crisp, golden-brown skin.
