  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak or substitute with ribeye or tenderloin

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter for rich and creamy mouthfeel
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream main component for the sauce

Cooking Steps

  • Season the steak cubes liberally with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Cook the steak in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
  • Transfer the cooked steak to a plate and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in the same skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning; whisk continuously until the sauce thickens for about 2–3 minutes.
  • Return the steak to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce; heat everything through for another 1–2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of cream to revive the sauce's creaminess.
