How to Make Herb-Crusted Boursin Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Prepare the chicken breasts by cutting small pockets in them and stuffing generously with Boursin cheese.
Brush each stuffed chicken piece with olive oil, then coat each one in the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange the chicken in your greased dish, drizzle with melted butter, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving and remove any toothpicks.
