How to Make Herb-Crusted Boursin Chicken

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Prepare the chicken breasts by cutting small pockets in them and stuffing generously with Boursin cheese.
  • Brush each stuffed chicken piece with olive oil, then coat each one in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken in your greased dish, drizzle with melted butter, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving and remove any toothpicks.
