How to Make

  • In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined for a tender texture.
  • Using your hands or a spatula, transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a compact loaf on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place your shaped meatloaf in the oven and bake for 45–55 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) with a meat thermometer.
  • For added flavor, brush the top of the meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  • After baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
