How to Make
In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined for a tender texture.
Using your hands or a spatula, transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it into a compact loaf on a baking sheet.
