Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring in a bit of olive oil.
