Instructions
Preparation
Pat the haddock fillets dry using paper towels and place them in a greased baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, chives, thyme, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the haddock fillets, pressing down lightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
Notes
Can assemble the dish up to two hours in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
