Instructions

  • Start by slicing the cucumber and lemon thinly. Tear the mint leaves gently to release their aroma and flavor.
  • In a large pitcher, add the sliced cucumber, lemon, and torn mint leaves.
  • Pour cold water over the ingredients until the pitcher is full. Let it infuse for at least 1 hour.
  • After 24 hours, refresh your mixture by removing the lemon slices to prevent bitterness.
