  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

  6. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado cubes, and chicken pieces.
