- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (6-8 minutes per side). Shred the cooked chicken.
