- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning. In a hot skillet, sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and allow it to simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce. Slice rested steak against the grain and layer on top.
