Instructions

  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut each sheet into six triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of blueberries at the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
